Diving is a sport that places significant emphasis on mental discipline and mindset. It challenges athletes not only physically but also psychologically, training them to stay focused, overcome fear, and remain motivated in the face of pressure. Over the years, our diving team has consistently demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication. 

Some of the past achievements of our team,

• 49th National Age Group Diving Championship Girls Overall Champions 2025. 
• Intermediate Diving Girls Overall Champions 2025.
• 50th Annual All – Island Sri Lanka Schools Aquatic Championships Girls Diving Champions for the 19th consecutive year with Micheala Kurukuraarachchi and Imaaya Perera emerging as the girls Overall best divers for U14 and U20 respectively.
• National and Junior Nationals Diving Championship 2024, Women’s overall champions with Yashodha Pilapitiya and Kithmi Marambe emerging women’s overall best divers in Junior and National categories respectively.

Additionally Kithmi Marambe (Captain – 2023), Imaaya Perera (Captain – 2024) and Sineli Weerakoon (Captain – 2025) have represented Sri Lanka at the Asian Age groups Diving Championships held in Singapore. Kithmi Marambe has also captained the National Diving team for the 11th Asian Age groups in 2024.
